On the Suspension Trainer these exercises are performed with 10 reps for 3 sets per leg.
You get 10 seconds of transition time between exercises.
60 seconds rest between sets:
- TRX Inverted Shoulder Press (left leg, right leg)
- TRX Leg Extension (left leg, right leg)
- TRX Elevated Lunge (left leg, right leg)
This challenge will test your strength, power, stability and endurance.
