LETS DO THIS!!

10/10/10 CHALLENGE
Designed by TRX Master Trainer Jonathan Ross

On the Suspension Trainer these exercises are performed with 10 reps for 3 sets per leg. 
You get 10 seconds of transition time between exercises.
60 seconds rest between sets:

  1. TRX Inverted Shoulder Press (left leg, right leg)
  2. TRX Leg Extension (left leg, right leg)
  3. TRX Elevated Lunge (left leg, right leg)

There is a way to make this more advanced. So if you want the progression please ask :)

This challenge will test your strength, power, stability and endurance.
