Sewing and reaping.

These are vegetables from my garden. In the winter I plan out what I will plant, In the spring I work to get everything together and get it in the ground. In the  summer I weed, prune, water and take care of the plants.. And now I am reaping my rewards.
The same thing applies to your training. If you put in the preparation, the planning, the time, and most importantly the work you will eventually reap the rewards of what you have sown.
This month marks three years from when I first started my journey to health. I am roughly one year sober from my food addictions. The rewards of all the time and effort put in just keep coming.
