This is a very important concept when doing any exercise, it becomes very important on the straps when you are suspended to keep from getting injured by swaying that lower back or straining any other muscle. Remember if you can not hold form, either regress the maneuver in the straps or perform the exercise from the ground until you are strong enough to do it in the straps.
