I am learning that knowing it's time to relax is just as important as working out, there is alot of value in taking time off. I worked myself hard enough and to a point I was given no choice, health wise it became Imperative, I recently found out I have an auto immune disease called hashimotos ( I think that's how you spell it) Its a thyroid thing, and am also dealing with adrenal fatigue, (no more coffee for a while :(
its not horrible but bad enough that its made me realize the importance of relaxing and making time for yourself. How do you make time for yourself?
