Lets turn up our inner furnace with a great metabolic blast today!!
Today I am impressing upon the importance of cardio out side of any weight training regimen. Some extra cardio is necessary to mobilize the fat that we are working so hard to get rid of by eating healthy and by keeping up with our work out program. (Eating healthy, hint hint!!)
A trend has appeared in the gyms across the world where smart, knowledgeable, every day people think that they have to spend hours in the gym to get a good work out. With Cardio that translates to hours spent on the treadmill or elliptical j u s t g o i n g .
As true as it is, yes, something is better than nothing. But don't settle for just SOMETHING... lets make it THE THING.... Ok so I couldn't figure out any other word to use here.... I'm open to ideas :)
Lets go for intensity and let's get in and get out of the gym! We don't have to be there for over an hour doing cardio. No body has that kind of time!
My solution: 20 minutes in Hell
This is a 20 minute elliptical work out!
Go Hard! Go Intense!
To BEGIN: Begin to start on the elliptical at a pretty good stride. Nothing Too too tough.
Record this number. This will be the strides per minute that you will keep
THE WHOLE TIME!
