We took the Danny Dietz memorial work out and through it on the Trx Suspension straps.
In honor of Operation Red Wings, the workout consisted of 6 Exercises, 28 Reps each, for 5 Sets. The exercises were as follow:

Push Ups = TRX suspended push up
Weighted Lunges = TRX Suspended lunge 14 ea leg (25# k.B.)
Sit Ups = TRX crunch
Burpees = 14 each leg ( suspended of course)
4-Count Flutter Kicks = same from floor
Ground to Overhead Plate Press = Squat-row and press 
(25# k.b.)
Post your time. 5 rounds of this is tough.. keep your head in check and mind your breathing- finish strong this is a Seals work out
