Welcome to The TRX Trainer!
Here is just a quick little bio about me to get us started off. This is just part of my journey - focusing mainly on weight loss and how I got to be where I am today:
I was a chef for over 20 years in different capacities. In 2009 I reached a weight of around 300 lbs. and stopped getting on the scale. With a very strict liquid protien diet I got my weight down to around 240. After this diet making me pretty sick, I realized that I could not live this way anymore. In August of 2010 I joined my local 24 hour fitness and started on a journey that took me from obese, sick and in pain- to the present where I feel great and am stronger than I have ever been in my life.
